The Library Association of Ireland (the 'Association') is committed to maintaining the privacy of those who visit our site and who may furnish personal details to the Association. The Association does not collect any personal details about you unless you provide such details to the Association voluntarily. Personal information where provided is only used to improve the services the Association offers to you, or to contact you regarding matters of the Association. Please do not furnish any information to the Association which you do not want held on record. The individual retains the right to opt-out of receiving any communications.

If you have supplied any information to the Association which you wish deleted, please contact the Association identifying the information to be so deleted. Personal information furnished to the Association is held in strict confidence and is not made available to third parties.

Any submission or correspondence intended for publication may be so published inclusive of name, title, affiliation and contact details including an e-mail link. If you prefer any such information not to be published, please state so when sending your submission or correspondence.

The Association may automatically collect statistical information regarding the use of its website such as visitor numbers, browser type, screen resolution, referring sites, and domain of origin. This information is not personally-identifiable with any individual accessing the site and is only used to monitor and ensure site effectiveness.
